Pothole People are a great company to work with from initial enquiry, provision of quotation, scheduling of the work and execution of the works. Professional and courteous and good workmanship. I would definitely recommend and use them again for future projects.

Keane Group has had the pleasure of working with Pothole People Qld on several large-scale asphalt projects in South East Queensland over the last twelve months. They certainly live up to their reputation for producing the highest quality of work. As the business owner of Keane Group, I am more than happy to recommend Pothole People Qld for large-scale asphalt projects. My team and I look forward to continuing our successful partnership with them in the future.

From the first phone call to site visit, to the job completed, we have experienced exceptional service from every team member at The Pothole People. The job wasn’t an easy task and these guys pulled it off with a smile on their faces. It is very evident they know exactly what they are doing, and we are very confident we picked the right guys for the job. Thank you again and you can be assured we will most certainly recommend you to anyone in need of a similar service and will be back in touch if and when we need your assistance in the future. Don’t go past The Pothole People, they will work to a standard you won’t be disappointed.

We have only recently started to use the Pothole People Qld to upgrade our roadworks and have found them great to deal with. They have been very responsive from the first time we called them and prompt with their quotations and installation works.

PHP have been more than happy to work outside of normal hours to fit within our operational requirements, recently having worked a 13hr day on Saturday to completely replace our main entry driveway. Feedback from our staff has been great as they really appreciate the new road surfacing and upgraded line marking.

Gregg & the team were more than professional carrying out repairs & improvements to our site. Gregg was more than responsive & willing to work through what needed to be done to provide the highest quality job. When the team came, they were respectful of my business which continued to run around the worksite. The finished product was even better than I anticipated, timely & a fully finished project. I would have no issue recommending PHP to anyone.

All the team from the Pothole People were prompt, professional and efficient throughout the process. They arrived on time to get the details for the quote and got it out to us on the same day. Keven and his crew arrived ready to carry out the work with all the appropriate paperwork including SWMS. Their equipment was modern which enabled an efficiently completed and high standard product. We were also impressed with how clean and tidy they left the worksite. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Joe & Ash were very organised, efficient and did a great job on these works. They had copies of their completed inductions printed & ready to go, which made the process a lot smoother and easier for those involved. Our client is very happy with the outcome of their work. Thank you very much Ash & Joe.

My thanks to Kevin and Jarrod who did an excellent repair job on my driveway yesterday, replacing broken edges and filling cracks.

I wanted to provide positive feedback on [your team’s] performance in completing my crossover works last Friday in Clayfield. [The team] were both courteous, happy to discuss my views on the job, and completed the work to a high standard. A great job all round – well done guys!

Can I formally thank you and your staff for the excellent manner in which they carried out their work on the site. We found working with you and your team very enjoyable. Your team were all most professional, helpful and thoughtful, and this was noted by all concerned. Please ensure that they are told of our appreciation. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

We are very pleased with the work performed by The Pothole People on our recent carpark and civil roadworks projects. Their professional approach to our needs were met promptly and to a high standard of finish. We look forward to working with them again on our future projects.

With a site spanning well over 70 hectares of roadways and parking areas utilised by over 500 forklifts, 300 semi-trailers and hundreds of other vehicles on a daily basis, maintaining the asphalt surfaces is difficult but vital. The Pothole People have been our number one service provider for many years providing excellent service, flexibility and very competitive rates. A great team who provide ‘Value Added’ service and a ‘Get it done well’ approach to every job.

Our company recently completed a commercial development requiring a fairly large area of bitumen in need of a substantial upgrade and repair. Being a retail display facility, the quality of the finish was very important to our Client. We contacted your team at the Pothole People Qld and arranged to have this work done and we are pleased to say that the work was carried out on time, on budget and to an exceptionally high standard. We found your team very easy to deal with and all of the people who made contact with us knew their product capabilities very well. We are very happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending the Pothole People Qld to any of our associates.

Pothole People recently rejuvenated my existing driveway and constructed a further 90 Square metres including a large turning area. There was some very complex drainage to be incorporated however Pothole People never faltered and the task was completed quickly and professionally. From start to finish the team offered sound advice, communicated constantly and were very willing to amicably work through issues as they arose. A very friendly, professional approach from a great team. Great outcome and owners are extremely happy with result and cost.

We recently needed to renovate and expand our car park from an area that was old, worn and no longer coping with the amount of pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Pothole People resurfaced the existing asphalt area and then extended it to meet our growing needs. Thanks guys, job well done!

With our site being the largest permanent indoor and outdoor marketplace in Australia seeing tens of thousands of visitors every weekend, we are constantly aware of the need to keep our pathways, carparks and stall areas in tip top condition. We know we can rely on Pothole People’s asphalt services to keep our vendors and customers safe by maintaining our considerable asphalt surfaces, keeping them free from potholes, cracks and trip hazards. We are happy to recommend Pothole People for their expertise and professional approach.

Very happy with my new driveway. I would like to thank The Pothole People for their professionalism and their willingness to achieve the driveway I had been dreaming of for so long. Andrew and his team where friendly, kept me informed and cared that they were meeting my expectations. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and displayed fantastic customer service skills. I would not hesitate to recommend you all to do any residential asphalt works that someone may require. Thank you again – I love my new driveway.

Just wanted to let you know that I was so impressed with everything to do with your Company. My initial call to you was answered almost immediately and the person who answered was professional and efficient. Then the quote, having someone arrive so very promptly and to answer questions so happily was a delight! His advice regarding our choice to extend/not extend the area of bitumen was invaluable. Then there was the crew who turned up to do the work. Personable, conscientious and helpful (a lady who lived at the house asked if she could pass on a few dollars to the team to help her move something and they rejected the money and happily helped her move the tub for her. All with a smile. Lastly, the work was super neat, much tidier than I expected. I can’t remember the last time something was THIS easy to organise. Thank you!

Thank you, PHP. The guys did a fantastic job!! Very tidy work, thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending PHP at all.

Thanks for the job done at Currumbin. It was a pleasure to deal with you and your team from the initial consultation to the completion of the job. Unit owners and tenants commented to me on the efficiency of your team and the high quality of the end product.

Thank you for your Christmas wishes, it was appreciated. Our group were very impressed with the work that your crew did for us. Best wishes to all the crew at Pothole.

Ash and the guys did our driveway today and I just wanted to send you some feedback. They left the site in perfect condition with absolutely no left-over rubble etc. It is VERY rare, in my experience, for workers to leave the place so neat and tidy. In addition, Ash was great in the quoting process as we looked at different options when talking to the neighbours. He was very patient and always happy to revise what he’d done previously. So, thanks again and we’d definitely use you in the future and recommend you to anyone we know needing asphalt!

Ash and Jarrod have completed filling the cracks and pothole and I am very happy with their work. They were a lovely pair: hard-workers, friendly, courteous and helpful. I’m very impressed and I’d like to pass on my remarks.

We use Pothole People for most of our asphalt works from small repairs to large resurfacing jobs because they’re responsive, fair-priced and their product is good. Give them a crack, they give me good service and a good product.

I would rate Pothole People better than other suppliers in their space on every point of service that’s relevant to me. They’re professional, efficient, prompt with quotes and delivery of work and they take care to get it right first time. Attention to quality is a saving in time, hassles and funds because the job will go the distance and there’s no need to call them back for reworks.

The top 3 reasons I use Pothole People is for good communication, they’re quick to meet me on site to discuss works and deliver a timely turnaround on works. They’re big on safety too, which is very important to us. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been relying on Pothole People for quality workmanship, good communication and market-competitive pricing for several years. They’re honest, reliable, and easy to deal with. They get in, get the job done to a high standard, and I don’t have to call them back for rectification of any work due to quality issues.
